I have tried the True Lemon Pepper on fish and chicken. It needs a heavy sprinkle so don’t be afraid to coat it. The pepper is very mild so I found I needed to add a bit more. Also because there is no salt in the product, add a bit to bring out the flavour more if you can. I probably wouldn’t order this product again but I could make do with the true lemon packets and my own pepper to taste.
Excellent product
Love that it is natural without artificial ingredients, however I added a dash of stevia to take the biting edge of the citrus. The variety lemonade drink crystals are exceptional!
