  • The True Lime 100g (3.53oz) Food Service Packet contains enough True Lime powder to make 1 L (32oz) of lime juice. Each packet equals the juice of 22 limes! True Lime cold pressed and crystallized lime is perfect for making big batches of lime juice, cutting out all the labour and mess associated with squeezing and pressing fresh limes or even mixing into spice blends or using as a dry seasoning.

    • To make 1/3 cup lime juice use 2 tsp of True Lime plus 1/3 cup water
    • To make 1/2 cup lime juice use 1 TBSP of True Lime plus 1/2 cup water

     Ultimate True Lime Margarita

    (Makes 10 x 8-oz servings)

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups tequila
    • 1/4 cup orange liqeur, such as triple sec
    • 4 cups water
    • 1 True Lime 100g pouch
    • 1 cups sipmle syrup
    • Ice cubes
    1. Pour True Lime 100g pouch into 4 cups of water. Shake or stir until dissolved. Set aside.
    2. Combine tequila, orange liqeur, and simple syrup into a 1 gallon (3.78 L) container; still until combined.
    3. Add True Lime juice to container. Sir.
    4. Serve over ice or blended. 
    DO-AHEAD TIP: Margarita mixture can be made up to 8 hours ahead and prior to being blended with ice.

    Delicious

    I love having the crystallized lemon and lime available to add to water, guacamole, seasonings, whatever calls for lemon or lime. It's actually more convenient and cheaper to buy the True Lemon/Lime products than to (inevitably) let fresh ones go bad in my fridge. I also love being able to add flavour to my water without needing to add something fake or sugary.

    As fantastic as the products are I'd really like to recommend Elua as a company. They have the lowest prices AND absolutely fantastic customer service. Helpful, kind, and when there was an error with my order they fixed it quickly and were absolutely pleasant and easy to deal with. Mistakes happen, but they really impressed me with their response and customer service.
