Myself and others I have shared this product with, are hot-water-and-lemon lovers. Sometimes it's difficult to have fresh lemons on hand. I am happy to say that if you were to have a hot lemon drink in my home you would think I just squeezed a lemon....yes, it's that good. Thank you!
I have tentatively rated the True Lemon product received at 4 stars pending your reply to my following observation regarding the condition of the product in three of the packets: it was caked in one crumbly mass, not the very fine powder that I would assume is the normal condition. I didn't use / consume any of these packets in case they contained foreign material (i.e moisture). Other than this item, I am enjoying both the lemon and lime products, and if caking of the material in the occasional packet is normal and not of any concern health-wise, I would certainly revise my rating up to 5-star.
I have retained the three questionable packets in case you wish to examine them yourselves.

Very quick delivery
Excellent flavour - great in water, sparkling water, and tea! 4 stars as it is not a flavourful as the True Lime.
