Most orders process and ship within 1 business day by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders received by 12 noon EST often ship same day!
The transit time for most orders is 2-5 business days. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Need it faster? Give us a call at 1-8888-998-0030 and we'll happily quote and arrange overnight, expedited shipping using Purolator or UPS.

I can't review the IceMule Pro cooler that I purchased yet as I have not used it, but the order support from ELUA was excellent. The product was shipped very promptly, they threw in a couple extra little things and it was packaged well.
I hadn't heard of ELUA before I ordered from them - this was done based on price and product availability in Canada - but would have no hesitation to order from them again.
I couldn't be happier with the product and the service I received. I would most definitely shop from Elua again.
